LUIS BOLIVAR, AIA

Founder & Principal Architect

Luis is the Principal of FORMA Architecture, Ltd. He received his architecture degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Shortly after obtaining his license, he founded the firm in 2005 with the main goal of providing quality architectural services. He has 22 years of experience working in a wide range of projects, such as residential, restaurant, commercial, and educational. As head designer and Principal at FORMA, Luis works toward creating a studio where a learning environment and strong teamwork is encouraged; this results in a successful project that is delivered to exceed client expectations.

Outside of work, Luis enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on his 3 kids in their athletic endeavors.

Elaine Skoff, Assoc. AIA

Project Manager

Elaine Skoff is a Project Manager at FORMA Architecture Ltd. She started her education at the University of Missouri – Columbia and then proceeded to obtain her master’s degree in Architecture from Illinois Institute of Technology. As a Project Manager at FORMA Architectural Ltd., Elaine is involved in the development and execution of all types of projects, such as education, restaurants, and residential, from the initial phases to the close-out. She enjoys meeting with clients and believes establishing a personal connection and a sense of teamwork is important for a project’s success.

Outside of the office, Elaine enjoys adventuring both on land and in the sea, either by backpacking through the national parks or on a scuba diving trip with her family.
