Built in 1931, this 16-story residential building is located one block east of the John Hancock Center and The Magnificent Mile. A complete rehabilitation of the 135 unit building was performed, which included the replacement of all HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems. In addition, the penthouse level was completely redesigned and now serves as a workout room that leads to a new roof deck.
