This now mixed-use building is situated in the heart of uptown Park Ridge. Previously
solely housing office space, the three upper levels of the building were converted into 24 apartment units. A complete build out was performed; including the replacement of all HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems. Exterior renovations were completed as well, which included providing new windows for the new units.
