Located in Park Ridge, the existing three-story apartment building was renovated into a luxurious 55 unit apartment complex. Excavation was performed on the existing lower level, which was previously used for storage, to create garden level units. In addition to the reconfiguration of the unit layouts, all HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems were replaced. Each unit has a balcony or sunken patio facing the central courtyard, thereby creating an inviting community atmosphere.
