Formerly a hotel, the seven-story masonry building made its transformation into high-end studio apartments in the heart of the Lakeview neighborhood. The scope consisted of rehabilitating the building’s interior to be converted into 243 studio apartments, each with its own kitchenettes and private baths. This also included replacing the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. A roof top terrace and fitness room were retrofitted to the existing penthouse level.
